On February 28, women from across the country will gather at the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage for a day designed to shift how we lead, live and care for ourselves. The Society of the FEW presents The Confidence Summit: Women + Wealth + Wellness, an immersive experience blending financial insight, well-being and personal growth into one unforgettable event.
This year, the summit leans into a theme for every woman: finding balance in a world that rarely slows down. Instead of the outdated expectation of “doing it all,” the day explores a fresh question: how do we pursue big goals while staying grounded, energized and connected to what matters most?
Co-founded by Robert L. Schein, Managing Director, Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Blanke Schein Wealth Management (a Hightower Company), and Bronwyn Ison, event CEO, author, speaker, and wellness advocate, the Summit brings together a powerhouse lineup of experts who understand that confidence is strengthened through both financial clarity and personal well-being.
The weekend opens with a VIP Cocktails & Confidence soirée on Friday evening, an elegant, welcoming space for guests, speakers and sponsors to connect before Saturday’s main event. Saturday begins at 8:30 a.m. with a full schedule of keynotes, panels, and interactive breakout sessions designed to offer practical strategies that women can immediately apply.
Among this year’s featured presenters is JJ Virgin, four-time New York Times bestselling author, celebrity nutrition and fitness expert, and host of the “Well Beyond 40® Podcast,” who will share insights on building vitality, health and a mindset for a confident, purpose-driven life.
Stephanie Link, Chief Investment Strategist and Head of Investment Solutions at Hightower, and a familiar face on CNBC, returns to empower attendees with strategies for building resilient wealth without sacrificing balance in life.
Joining them is Neuberger Berman Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer-Wealth Shannon Saccocia, CFA, a leading voice in global asset allocation and a longtime CNBC contributor known for translating complex market insights into clear, actionable guidance for investors.
Breakout sessions throughout the day will explore financial empowerment, longevity, emotional resilience and the art of aligning ambition with well-being. A wellness panel moderated by Desert Health Founder Lauren Del Sarto will explore the gut-brain connection and its significance for maintaining physiologic and mental balance.
The Summit concludes with a lively networking reception celebrating community, collaboration and renewed confidence for the year ahead.
